  • TCVN 6610-5 / IEC 60227-5; TCVN 6612 / IEC 60228 hoặc tiêu chuẩn tương đương.

3Identification of cores

  • By color of insulation: red, yellow, blue, black,
  • Outer sheath: black or grey.
  • Or by customer’s requirement.

4Structure

  • (1) Conductor: by flexible copper wires (class 5), bunched.
    (2) Insulation: PVC.
    (3) Outer sheath: PVC.

 

5Technical characteristics

  • Rated voltage U0/U: 300/500 V.
  • Test voltage (5 minutes):
  • 5kV with insulation thickness up to and include 0.6mm.
  • 0kV with insulation thickness larger than 0.6mm.
  • Maximum conductor temperature for normal operation is 70°C.
  • Maximum conductor temperature for short-circuit (5s maximum duration) is 160°C.
