3Identification of cores

  • By color of insulation: red, yellow, blue, black, grey, white.
  • Outer sheath: black or grey.
  • Or by customer’s requirement.

 

4Structure

  • (1)   Conductor: copper wire (class 2), concentrically stranded.
    (2)   Insulation: PVC.
    (3)   Filler and Inner sheath: PVC.
    (4)   Metallic armour: aluminum tape or copper tape.
    (5)   Outer sheath: PVC

5Technical characteristics

  • Rated voltage U0/U: 300/500 V.
  • Test voltage: 2,0 kV (5 minutes).
  • Maximum conductor temperature for normal operation is 70°C.
  • Maximum conductor temperature for short-circuit (5s maximum duration) is 160°C.
